Do you want your programming individualized, based on your current needs and goals, but do not need or want the one-on-one training?
This memberships is for you. You will receive your OWN individualized programming, for the amount of days that you wish to train. This programming will be solely on your own goals and/or needs. Our coaches will formulate, what we feel, will be your best opportunity to be successful in reaching these goals.
A program designed, by our training staff, to fit what you want to accomplish in your fitness goals. A weekly check-in session and assessment of your progress.
12 Sessions/Month (3/week) $115
16 Sessions/Month (4/week) $135
20 Sessions/Month (5/week) $150
