About Iron Asylum

Where all forms of “Sanity” are welcomed. 

Iron Asylum is a newly founded Gym in the Princeton area. The coaching staff has 30+ years, combined experience, coaching athletes in different atmospheres, in the area. We believe that fitness is not a hobby, but a way of life. We founded our gym to be the second home for all of our athletes. Whether you exercise everyday or you’ve never stepped into a gym before, Iron Asylum can help shape the new you. We want to be your next workout partner. Call us today!

Our Mission

Anyone can offer a place to workout, provide the best equipment, or a huge facility. They can have a great coaching staff with tons of knowledge and experience in one specific niche, at specific class times.  But our mission, at Iron Asylum, is to offer an open gym format, where YOU can do YOU.  Where our athletes have the freedom to following their fitness passions, without restrictions or limitations.  We will do this by giving them the environment necessary to smash their fitness goals.  No matter what your "niche" is, our staff will support you, and do what they can, to provide the atmosphere to become the best you possible.

Fitness Formats

Iron Asylum offers a wide variety of membership programs for many types of fitness formats. Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, we’ve got a program just for you. Create your own personalized fitness regimen by choosing the membership that suit your needs.

Strong Man

Strongman training is about true functional strength. It is about lifting heavy, awkward objects (like those you encounter in life) and getting them from A to B - whether that is from the ground to overhead, or from one end of the room to the other.


At Iron Asylum, you can enjoy the option of Strong Man training without the fear of being too loud, or dropping weights, or being as “Insane” as you want to be. We offer equipment staples that every Strong Man training needs. As our facility grows, so will our “toys!”  Come get strong with us!!

General Membership

Unlimited access to all equipment, classes, daily programming, and facilities, with no blackout times during open hours.

General Membership-3 sessions per week

Unlimited access to all equipment, classes, daily programming, and facilities, with no blackout times during open hours for up to 3 sessions a week.

Individualized Private Training

Private one-on-one training from one of our qualified coaching staff.

Group Semi-Private Training

 Private training session with your small group and one of our qualified coaching staff.

Individualized Programming

A program designed, by our training staff, to fit what you want to accomplish in your fitness goals.

Nutrition/Health Plans (Add on)

One-on-one customized plan designed by our very own Health and Nutrition Coach.

Team Training


Training with one of our qualified staff. A program designed, for your sport specific team, that will give them the best conditioning and/or strength training around.
